We're Nate and Emma, a husband-and-wife wedding photography team based in Raleigh, North Carolina. We specialize in candid, documentary-style photography and capture weddings in Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Durham, and all along the East Coast. We believe the best wedding photos are the ones that capture you and your love authentically. We also believe in creating a streamlined, stress-free process for all of our couples. No USBs here. Six weeks after your wedding, we’ll send your photos via an online gallery that you can easily share with loved ones.
We’ll capture your wedding on a combination of film and digital. We love the analog process and the results that it produces.
24-48 hours after your wedding, you’ll receive about 30 sneak peek photos from your wedding day to share with family and friends.
We’ll work with you and your coordinator to craft a custom timeline that meets your unique needs and circumstances.
With us you get two lead photographers who can anticipate the other’s needs to capture your day seamlessly.
We’ll be there to photograph your day from start to finish, capturing every smile, belly laugh, and tear.
We had the privilege of working with them as our wedding photographers, and from the moment we met during the first consultation call we were hooked by their calm energy, commitment to thoughtful storytelling, and emphasis on community. We honestly give our highest recommendation to indie Bird. Thank you, Nate & Emma!
Cannot recommend enough! Nate and Emma took gorgeous pictures of our wedding day, ranging from formals to candids, capturing all of the big and small details. We'll cherish them forever! Having two photographers meant we were able to have coverage of things happening at the same time!
